Most e-Books are in PDF format. For books of this type you will need adobe acrobat reader. You will probably already have this on your PC. If not you can download it free from www.adobe.com

Some other e-Books may be exe (executable) files. These need no software to run on your PC.

They may also be in the form of a word document or HTML file.

How will my eBook be delivered?

Your ebook can be directly downloaded once it is cleared with Paypal on some books. We are in the process of making all of the books instant downloads. The "add to cart buttons that are clear" are the quick downloads. The other eBooks will be delivered electronically to your email. Usually 24 hours or less, send us an email if you don't see if within 48 hours. You may contact us at payments@ebooktreesaver.com

Will I require any additional software?

Most e-Books will be delivered in zip (compressed) format.

You will need A Zip program to extract the files. Again you will probably have this already on your PC. If not, download one for free from
7zip.org

My e-Book has not arrived?

If you do not receive your e-Book check your spam/trash folder. It will probably be there. If not make sure you adjust your spam filter settings then contact us.
